CAIXUN MALAYSIA MONTHLY PROMOTION 2022: FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Caixun Malaysia Monthly Promotion 2022 (“Campaign”) is organized by Caixun Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("Caixun").
2. Limited to one (1) customer per television purchased and is a Malaysia Resident only.
3. Limited to purchasing Caixun Android TV only. LED TV purchases are not applicable to participate in this campaign.
4. Different Caixun Android TV model purchased comes with different Premium gift(s) package.
5. Customer is not allowed to select free Premium gift(s) based on their preference but to strictly following the entitlements of free Premium gift(s) in this T&C.
6. The redemption of free Premium gift(s) and extended warranty is on first-come first-serve basis who:
a. Completed the e-Warranty registration on Caixun Malaysia Official website (www.caixun-global.com/my/) throughout the campaign period.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
This Campaign will run from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
Caixun reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion
without any prior notice.
CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
1. To participate in the Campaign, Participant is required to:
a. Purchase Caixun Android TV from any Caixun authorized offline/ online stores in Malaysia.
b. Completed the e-Warranty registration on Caixun Malaysia Official website (www.caixun-global.com/my/) throughout the campaign period.
2. Below are steps to e-Warranty registration for your Caixun Android TV:
a. Browse to www.caixun-global.com/my/.
b. Click on “Menu” tab on top right corner.
c. Browse down and click on “E-warranty Registration” tab.
d. Fill up relevant details shown on the page for e-Warranty registration.
e. Customer has to upload (i) official purchase receipt (ii) Screen-shot of “Like” Caixun
f. Malaysia Official Facebook Page (iii) Screen-shot of “Share” Caixun Malaysia Official Facebook Page.
g. Click “Submit”.
h. By submitting your e-Warranty request, we hereby acknowledge that customers agreed to the conditions of warranty and campaign terms and conditions as stated.
3. Free Premium gift(s) and extended warranty are on first-come-first-served basis and to whom perform their e-Warranty registration without failing any clauses after verificationdone.
4. Free Premium gift(s) will be couriered to customer within 60 working days after received e-Warranty registration successful email from Caixun Malaysia.
FREE PREMIUM GIFT(S) ENTITLEMENT AND FREE EXTENDED WARRANTY
1. The Free Premium gift(s) entitlement and extended warranty subjected to the model of TV customer purchased.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Caixun Malaysia reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate or suspend the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement & extended warranty entitlement or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and condition from time to time, with or without any prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement, the decision of Caixun Malaysia shall be final.
2. Caixun Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify the Participant of such campaign, cancel or modify or revoke the use of the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement or redemption, where the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement are used in the following circumstances: suspicious or fraudulent Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement use, Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement abuse, including Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same user/customer and/or Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement used in bad faith (including Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement resold Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement or use of Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement orders made and intended for resale).
3. Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement are given out on an ”As Is” basis and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or with vouchers of other denominations, whether in part or in full.
4. Caixun Malaysia reserves the rights to change the products/offers of similar value without any prior notice.
5. By participating the Campaign, Participant agrees to release and hold Caixun Malaysia and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement redemption or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
6. Caixun Malaysia shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the campaign Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, withdrawal, extension or early completion of this campaign will not entitle the participant to any compensation against Caixun Malaysia for all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by the participant as a result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal, extension or early completion.
7. Caixun Malaysia will not assume any responsibility or liability for the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement and Caixun Malaysia expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement offered under this reward, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, health and safety. The Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement is offered solely by the merchant under such terms and conditions as may be determined by the merchant. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Free premium gift(s) & extended warranty entitlement offered by the merchant shall be resolved by the users directly with the merchant.
8. In the event of any dispute arising from the Campaign or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Caixun Malaysia on all matters pertaining to the campaign shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence or further claims shall be entertained.
9. Caixun Malaysia makes no guarantee of the availability of the web services and shall not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the campaign.
10. Delivery address must be entered within the redemption period. User who failed to do so shall be deemed as disqualified, information cannot be changed once submitted.
11. Caixun Malaysia shall not be responsible for any inaccurate name or postal address information provided by the customer which resulted in the item not being delivered,

13. Caixun Malaysia reserved the right to appoint a third party (3rd) vendor or service provider to handle the fulfilment or making available of the item and delivery of the item to you (“the appointed delivery service provider”). By providing your personal information including name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and other information to Caixun Malaysia, Caixun Malaysia can use/ disclose to the appointed delivery service provider for the purpose of delivery service.
14. If any Free premium gift(s) are return to Caixun Malaysia or the appointed delivery service provider “unclaimed”, the customer may request Caixun Malaysia or the appointed delivery service provider to redeliver the unclaim Free premium gift(s) to the customer, but the customer need to bear the full delivery cost of the unclaimed Free premium gift(s).
15. If the customer did not receive the Free premium gift(s) upon the expiry of 30 working days after the campaign period ends, it will be the responsibility of customer to inform Caixun Malaysia no later than seven (7) working days from the Free premium gift(s) receipt expiry and Caixun Malaysia will arrange for the delivery of the Free premium gift(s) to the customer upon receipt proof of non-delivery from appointed delivery service provider. The customer will not have any recourse against Caixun Malaysia if the customer allow the expiry of the said 7 working days and the customer will be considered to have had received and accepted the Free premium gift(s) in good order.
16. Delivery will be made within Malaysia only. Caixun Malaysia reserve the right to refuse or disqualified or reject customers who key in other countries address.
17. Caixun Malaysia shall not held responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery, lost, damage or stolen of Free premium gift(s).
18. Caixun Malaysia reserved the right to change the products/ offers of similar value in the event of out of stocks or circumstances that is outside its control.
19. By participating in this campaign, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and use in accordance for Caixun Marketing & Promotions purposes.
