Remote control problem

Remote control can’t work normally

1)  Check whether the plastic bag which came with remote control is removed

2)  Check whether the batteries are power off.

3)  Check whether the remote control display receiving window is blocked by other subjects or interference.

4)  Check whether the remote control is within range of the TV.

5)  Check whether the TV went into standby mode if it receives no response in a few minutes
